At A1 Furniture, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. That’s why we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy for your peace of mind.
What can be returned or exchanged?
You may return or exchange most of our new, unused, and unassembled furniture within [Number] days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The furniture must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Reason for Return: We kindly ask you to specify the reason for your return or exchange to help us improve our service.
Exceptions :
- Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made or bespoke furniture cannot be returned or exchanged due to its unique nature.
- Used Furniture: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used furniture.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
How to initiate a return or exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone at +91-9892421359 or by email at support@aonefurniturestore.in . Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
Return shipping costs:
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the case of damaged or defective items, the customer has to bear the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we will process the exchange as a return and a new purchase. You will be responsible for any difference in price between the original item and the new item.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs) within 7-21 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
